Message Center

Under the heading cm service, the "Message Center" is the message centralization to capture all the message that inquiry by the customers or enquirers to pamsc subscriber. Every subscriber that having priviledge to login to cm station, will able to use this "Message Center".

In the "Message Center", there are four sections, which are Inbox; Sentbox; Trash and Bulk. Each of them store different types of message.


Send Inquiry

About sending Inquiry, this is customers or enquirers section, If they have any doubt upon the products, they can send a inquiry to gain some information from subscriber.

This is Customers or Enquirers Section.
Products Seletion in Product Line(s) at pamsc.com, customers or enquirers would able to select products by check on the check box beside it and inquiry by click the button "Contact Now".

Basically, customers or enquirers need to fill in the following inquiry form, in order to send their request to the subscriber.
Successful Sent of Message will be displayed to notify customers or enquirers.

Message Inbox

Message Inbox carry all the message that dirrectly sent from customers or enquirers from pamsc.com website. When customers or enquirers send a inquiry, system will automatically detect this particular request should send to which company's message inbox.

So once the subscriber use they username and password login to their account at cm-station, subscriber will able to see one message at his/her "Inbox" under "Message Center".

Symbol Legend.
Inbox: After Subscriber login to their account, subscriber will able to see one message at message Inbox under message center that inquired by customer or enquirer. Subscriber can click on the headers such like "sender", "subject" and so on to make record display in ascending order of sender or subject. (For Example: 0-9, Symbol- A-Z)
Message Detail: Subscriber can click on the sender link to see the message detail. At the message detail page subscriber can reply; delete; spam.
Reply Message: Subscriber can reply message in the message inbox to a particular customer or enquirer.

Message Sentbox

Message Sentbox stored all the messages that subscriber had replied message to the customer or enquirer previously.

Message at sentbox can be resent or deleted.

Sentbox: All the message that replied to customer or enquirer will have another copy stored to sentbox and all the messages are archieves by date.
Message Resend: Message can be resent after subscriber had replied that message previously. Firstly, subscriber need to go to the sentbox and click on one of the message that need to resend at the (Replied To) column. Secondly, subscriber just needs to click on the resend button at the following webpage (below) to resend the previously replied message to the same customer or enquirer.

Trash

Message that stored at trash are the message that deleted from message inbox and message sentbox. Trash at this message center is just act like the recycle bin to capture all the deleted message and recover them back to the original place.

The message at trash folder can be deleted, but once deleted, messages would not able to be recovered.

Trash Folder: All the unwanted message from inbox and sentbox will send to this folder. There are two button at trash webpage. Empty Trash allows subscriber to select message and delete that particular messages; Recover allows subscriebr to select and recover that particular message.

Bulk

Bulk Folder store all the suspected mail that send from the customers or enquirers. All the message stored at bulk folder can be considered as spam or junk mail.

Bulk Folder: All the message at bulk folder can be recovered and deleted, but once messages deleted may not able to be recovered.
